Hiiiii...a newbie here,

I am going to visit my fiance this summer....can anyone help. I need a list of what to take with me(forms) also what doies he have to have for me to take back with me to send in petition...help greatly appreciated :)

Have you read the guides here on VJ or the instructions to the I-129F? If not please do so as this will answer most of your questions. If after you do this and you still have questions then please ask away...

My Fiance came from US to visit me in LONDON.when she went back she took hotel receipts,lots of pics,any receipt if u or he buy a gift for u,telephone bills both from u and him,letters from both of ur friends about ur relations,and ur letter of intend....................if u have kids letter or emails from them ,emails from both of u,greeting cards.

i remember my hubby brought the G-325A/ biographic info sheet...both of us filled it out. The letter of intent, taking pics,( these r the things he brought when he left d country)he left the reciepts with me coz i will need it when im going to have my interview (including the engagement ring reciept). But all the documents need to fill out r available online. So just d digi camera and d engagement ring. (F)

AOS/EAD APPLICATION

Got my SSN

had my immunization info transferred in I-693a thank God!

May 11, 2007-AOS mailed

May 13, 2007- item was delivered in CHICAGO IL

May 16, 2007- AOS/EAD NOA recieved

June 2, 2007- Biometrics Appointment Date

June 21,2007-AOS transferred to California Service Center

July 10, 2007-I-485 Card production Ordered

July 11, 2007-Notice mailed welcoming the new permanent resident.

July 13, 2007-Approval notice sent- I-485

July 19, 2007- Green Card Arrived! Wooohooo!

July 24, 2007- I passed my driving written test!

August 22, 2007 Passed my road test and started my work!

April 2009- Removing Conditions Applied

September 11 -got my 10 Year green card! yahooo!

December 2010- Apply for Citizenship

01-03-2008 ***INTERVIEW*** Thank you God!!!

01-20-2008 Received visa via Delbros (Found out the delay had to do with my request for expidte, info still needed to be input at the NVC level so held it up for a few weeks)

01-23-2008 Michelle arrived in Guam; we are so happy!!!

01-31-2008 I do, I do...we are happly married!

01-31-2009 Happy Anniversary baby!!!

02-15-2010 Send in I-751 Remove Condition
