The officer told me that we do not even need a card with us when flying in/out, just have to update your citizenship in person with your new passport.

I believe we applied on 9/18 or 9/19 and  10/4 conditional approval, and I was able to find interview spot on the same date!  I took 5 minutes to take photos etc and  got full approval.

 

I believe we got our card around 10/12- or 10/13.
