My husband filed form 1-130 for me last year November 18, 2016 for Nebraska centre. And it's over 10months (303 days) and we have not received approval.

When we checked the USCIS App, we realized they have completed the case from November 1st to 26th 2016 and our case was filed November 18th 2016 but we haven't received an approval yet. How long will it take? Do we have to wait for them to complete the whole November till 30th before an approval will be issued. It's frustrating, please help!

I can't give you an answer but one thing to note on the Nebraska processing times is that they were updated on June 30th, at least on here: https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processTimesDisplayInit.do . It seems they were processing November applications 2.5 months ago, meaning that your application appears to be seriously delayed. Are you sure you haven't received an approval/denial notice or a request for evidence? If you're using a lawyer it might be a good idea to double check that they haven't received anything either.

DCF Mexico

06/04/2017: Married

06/24/2017: Mailed I-130

06/27/2017: NOA1 (technically a RFE as we were missing beneficiary ID)

07/06/2017: NOA2

07/12/2017: Case assigned by Juarez embassy

07/17/2017: Packet 3 received

08/15/2017: Interview/Approval!

08/22/2017: Visa received via DHL

09/03/2017: POE

09/16/2017: Permanent Resident Card received

Total days from NOA1 to approval: 49

Thanks for your comment. We haven't received any approval/denial notice and also RFE. We opted for a mailbox/email notification should there be any. The last update for November 2016 was August 13th not June 30th, they always use a backdate but we have been current with the day to day check of the App. We called USCIS for enquiries and they made us understand that there was no problem and they are working on it because of much workload but I don't just understand why they haven't completed the cases for November and stopped on Nov 26th 2016 for a month now.

The wait is annoying!

Reading all of this makes me want to scream and cry, because I am in Nebraska and its been 6 months for us now. For you its been 10 months and nothing. A lady just posted her PD is march 14th with Texas and she got an approval yesterday well NO2. On USCIS for texas it says November 2nd. May god be with all of us and give us alotttt of patience!!!!

Amen. The patience can be frustrating at times, the wait is too long. All I need to hear is a good news, we check our mailbox everyday but nothing is forthcoming, I think they are have much workload for November 2016 or they are just been lazy. God help us all, we will all get to the final stage.

Mine is 306 days... And the sad part is they just concluded November and even till December 9th 2016 for Nebraska and still no approval. We just need to pray harder because it's only God that can intervene. Let's just be patient and hopeful!

Zaynab did you call them yet? Dont speak to a regular rep ask for tier 2-3. I think Nebraska is even working on Jan or Feb not Dec. Somebody from nebraska in feb got approved. They lie so much.

I can tell you that Nebraska (hellbraska) has still not approved or even looked at Nov 2016 petitions.. Many of us from Nov are still sitting and not understanding what is going on with these people... Was told yesterday that tier 2's will no longer call u back as of last Friday... Another lie as they made a call back to a friend of mine yesterday... Let's face it, the entire system SUCKS.....

Omg its horrible, I called yesterday and the rep said how they are working on Dec 9th as of today. I will call later just to check if tier 2 will call me back. Sometimes they just transfer me right away to tier 2. I will let you know. I hate Nebraska. I dont even know how come I ended up there. My papers were send to  Phoenix Arizona and got transfered to Nebraska but when I looked up where Miami or my zip code belongs it was Texas.

Pls keep me posted... Yes I to am placed out of my zone but there's nothing I can do of where my petition was sent.. No doubt that Nebraska sucks

On the USCIS App it states that they just concluded Dec 9th 2016 as of  yesterday and mine was filed Nov 18 2016 of which they concluded my date since last month. No approval still! We called and the representatives they claimed they just assigned someone to our case last week and we will get an approval soon within a week and now it's over a week and nothing has been sent to us. We had to call our lawyer yesterday and he concluded he would write them and get back to us. God help us all. Nebraska is not a good centre
