Awaiting F4 Visa. 2007 filer But USCIS Update is vague unclear

My brother (US Citizen) filed I-130 petition for me and my younger sister in july 2007, receipt notice date is Dec2007. I have 2 question on my mind. Firstly,  I'd like to know when will our priority date become "current"?. How more many years to go?  Secondly, my case current status says " we received your case at local office" thats 2010 last update. Case at vermont centre. What does that mean? Is my case approved? Or not yet can someone please kindly answer my questions. Thanks

you still have to wait over 6 years more, it means nothing, has your i130 been approved or not from the Vermont center?

 

if not, it will be approved and sent to the NVC or national visa center, where you will be waiting more years

 

siblings petitions take 13 to 14 years

You should have your I-130 approval already. Current Priority date for F4 visa is 8 May, 2004 as per US embassy of Dhaka (October,2017).So, it might take around 4 -4.5 years including NVC process
