If you are with Nebraska most likely you will get something Oct-Nov. My pd is march 9th which is now over 6 months and people are saying Nov-Dec for NO2. Goodluck tho

Interesting. I personally know someone who filed on Feb 26th and he got NOA2 today. His case is processed by NSC.

Also want to add that my another friend got NOA2 few days ago. His case is processed by TSC and he filed on 03/08/2017. According to the latest processing time, TSC is running behind NSC.

Yeah I also saw that, Texas is behind Nebraska. I hope we get something soon.

It is taking less than 6months to get approval in Texas and Nebraska is taking 9- 10months to get approval. So how's Texas behind Nebraska?

Damn thats 8 months already. Have you called them? I hope you get something soon. I dont think they are doing the applications in order because the person Adisdk said how personally he knows somebody that filed in Feb 2017 and got approved already from Nebraska. Only god knows how they are doing these applications. All I know that we are in for a longgggg drive. Nebraska needs to hurry up, hire more people there is thousands and thousands of people that need a job. Goodluck to you and please let us know.

I have seen the 2 cases the directly follows mine got approved from April. I called i did inquiry. It just doesn't work. There are others at NSC waiting longer than me. We all just have to wait until they feel like they want to send out approvals. It is just a waiting game.

I seen also a case that got approved in 3 months but thats because the person has medical problems, he filed in may and got approved in august. Are you a citizen or gc holder? I was told US citizens entire process should not take more than a year. So basically by march 2018 my husband should be here but looking from another side it will take longer way longer.

I am so with you..I was looking forward to my husband being here Feb. 2018, but now they are saying 12-14 months for the whole process to be completed..I am already in my 7th month going on 8, but just holding on to faith and prayers...Wishing you all luck on your process!
