It appears that Nebraska is processing some I-130s with scan date of Dec 25, 2016 per http://www.visajourney.com/content/times/

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

Nebraska is slow

our case was there 9 months and then i recievied a letter saying "case sent to Missouri for faster processing"  also a note saying if not processed in 60 from the date of this letter to make an inquiry and gave me an email

i waited longer as there were several holidays envolved and did the inquiry and case misssouri said they did not have my case. Nebraska had it 

another 5 or so months later it was finally sent to NVC

they are slow

they don't seem to know what they are doing

sorry you are in that office

be patient

it will happen when u least expect it
