My file was filed on March 6 ,2017 which is currently at Nebraska processing center. I am waiting for Noa2 . How long will it take approximately .

It appears that Nebraska is currently processing I-130s submitted on Dec 25, 2016.  This is the link for VJ reported processing times: http://www.visajourney.com/content/times/

Yes it appears so , but a friend who just filed five days before me , got Noa2 a month  back leaving me clueless that why didn't I received it .

 

Also is there any way to expedite the process?  ( my husband is US citizen and I am Indian citizen ) . 

 

I am studying a professional course of CPA , can I get a visa for taking exams there while my i130 has been filed ? 

 

PS : friends case was at Nebraska processing center as well and all other criteras are similar too

Your friend was very lucky.  There are situations in which USCIS can expedite:

Expedite Criteria

USCIS reviews all expedite requests on a case-by-case basis and requests are granted at the discretion of the office leadership. The burden is on the applicant or petitioner to demonstrate that one or more of the expedite criteria have been met.

USCIS may expedite a petition or application if it meets one or more of the following criteria:

• Severe financial loss to company or person;
• Emergency situation;
• Humanitarian reasons;
• Nonprofit organization whose request is in furtherance of the cultural and social interests of the United States;
• Department of Defense or national interest situation (These particular expedite requests must come from an official U.S. government entity and state that delay will be detrimental to the government.);
• USCIS error; or
• Compelling interest of USCIS.
