Happy Friday! Tis payday and direct deposit is wrong! I checked my bank account this morning and my work only put in $178.00. Ok, that will pay one bill, what happened to the other $900.00? It's way too early to call anyone about this so I just have to fret for a few hours and see how they plan on fixing this error. ######. I had bills to pay today.

Hope you all have a good day and a great weekend.

Jackie- sometimes my online banking shows a odd number until it is formally processed. Maybe this is the glitch with yours? Good luck!

yah in an apt. he says my neighbors are alcoholics and they've had problems with them a long time. but why can't they kick them out? i moved here NOVEMBER...isn't that enough time to evict someone? so i called him just now and he said he'll come over today to yell at them. but i know tonight they'll get drunk and go right back to it. sigh..

You should check your lease to see if there's a clause in there about "Quiet Enjoyment" or something like that. If so, it's definitely the landlord's responsibility to get the situation under control or to evict.

Good luck!

And i forget who wrote it above...abdounjen maybe?? But I am having Major problems in my apartment too.. It sucks.. cause when you have SOO much going on in your live.. You want the place you live in to be Secure.. your haven..

my landlord/ next door neighbors are complete psycho's.. when the 20 something daughters fight... OMG.. you here a million swear words getting screamed.. or just blood curdling screams... and the walls shaking from slaming doors, things getting thrown and cattle like stampede's up/ down the stairs..

Never mind their other family members moved in.. and the house looks like a dump now.. trash and their ####### all over the yard/ porch..

And the landlord repeatedly lets them self in my apartment WITHOUT telling me.. I come home to seeing things moved.. lights on.. etc.. :ranting:

I was gonna try and stick it out until my Husband got here... But now i have contacted a Lawyer and I am tryingt o break the lease...
