After receiving Form 1-797C (receipt) whats next? And when is the status will change after they received our case? Is there still a chance of rejection of our papers?

If you received the NOA1 (I-197C receipt) today then within next 10 working days you will receive a mail for biometrics. You will have to go to the closest USCIS Application Centre for biometrics. All the details will be mentioned in the mail and what makes you think that they will reject your papers ?

Wait a second....am sorry i confused you...i thought you applied for AOS.....

You applied for I-129F in August and you received your  Receipt mail (NOA1) and next you will have to wait for the Approval of your I-129F(NOA2) petition which will take about 2 months from filing. After you receive the NOA2 mail the NVC will send a NOA3 to your fiancee's country where the US embassy/consulate is located and they will get ready with the visa process. The US embassy/Consulate will send a Packet 4 to your fiance's mail(to his house) in which it will show what documents to bring to the interview.

nearly three months because my fiancee had received a RFE (Request for evidence) because she forgot to sign a part of the form and so additional 2 weeks were delayed from our side. You should be approved in 2 months from the day you received your I-797C receipt
