filipina's middle name change confusion after marriage

Timeline

just want to ask if its ok to put my middle name in my new married name instead of the maiden name  for example single name lorna alcantra tolentino married to joe doe name lorna alcantra doe or lorna tolentino doe? coz just worried if when i renew my ossport and report my marriage in philipines will cause conflict about my middle name after married

It is actually up to you. You can go by the Filipino way or the American way.

My dad's last name became my middle name when I got married and that's the one I wrote on all the forms when I filed for AOS.

For example, I was Laura Cruz Reyes when I was single. When I got married,I became Laura Reyes Smith.

Some people would go by Laura Cruz Smith. It is entirely your decision to make.

Just make sure that the info is consistent in all forms. :)

thank you, i just got worried coz if i sill report it in pjilines my report of marriage will they acxeot the laura cruz smith? if i follow american way?  coz i already did american way and i research that its expensive to changr the name u wrote in marriage license in california

You don't have to worry about the ROM because in the ROM form, you will write your maiden name. And once it has been reported and you want to get a passport with your married name on it, write the name you have provided in the forms for AOS on the form for passport renewal so that all infos that you have will match.

but is it true that if i will change my name in philipine format after naturalization process its free to change name?  in all my

documents?
