Is it too early friends for me to be expecting a NOA2 for my I-129?

I don't know what basis the immigration processes cases.... because looking at the timelines here- it appears there is a different system instead of the first come first serve. For me- waiting for the "verdict" is the worst time of this process.

Yes, unfortunately it's too early. Your timeline says that you are going through CSC, and we're looking at an average of 90 days between the time the petition was sent to the NOA2. Although some people have been saying that CSC is slowing down, so it could be as long as 120 days.

Keep in mind that these are just average numbers based on people's timelines here at VJ, it could take less or it could take longer than the average wait time.

05/10/07 - NVC receives petition, case # assigned

08/08/07 - Case Complete

09/27/07 - Interview, visa granted

10/02/07 - POE

11/16/07 - Received green card and Welcome to America letter in the mail

08/14/09 - Biometrics

09/27/09 - Approved

10/01/09 - Received 10 year green card

I don't think it is too early at all, you could see an NOA2 as early as 2nd week of may, take a look at this

His petition was approved at CSC 10 days after it got there, 28 days in total between NOA1 and NOA2. Now that what i call fast.

I think CSC is speeding up not slowing down in the last couple of weeks.

Applying for K-3 Visa.

18th January 2007, Married.

8th March 2007, Sent I-130 USPS Mail.

12th March 2007, I-130 Recieved by NSC, Signed for by F HEINAUER.

20th March 2007, $190.00 Check Cashed by USCIS, Back of check indicates file is with California Service Center.

23rd March 2007, Recieved I-797 NOA1 for I-130 (Had a spelling mistake in Benificiary Last Name).

26th March 2007, Called USCIS about mispelling on I-797; they made a note, gave me a "T" Number, said submit I-129F with current I-797.

19th April 2007, "touched".

20th April 2007, "touched".

13th June 2007, "touched". (Due to Phone Call Enquiry)

14th June 2007, "touched".

12th July 2007, "touched", (Due to Phone Call Enquiry)

15th August, 2007, Approved.

i know u guys are probably right that it is way too early to be expecting an NOA2 but i can't help it.. i have been getting these weird feelings that it will happen soon... u can call it an instinct or the immigration process is getting to me and i am losing my mind...lol

anyway... i am gonna keep my fingers crossed and hope for the best.
