I wanted to ask do I have to change my ohysical address because my mailing and permenant address are different than physical address and whats the receipt number if youve already got your green card

If you are filling in the 1-75i then there should be a place to put your physical address and a place to put your mailing address. As I use to have a different mailing address to my physical address.  Receipt number for what?   I don't understand that question, do you mean your alien number, it's on your card starting with A.
