Hi guys,

as stated in the Title, what table, between Final Action Date and Date for Filing, will USCIS use? I heard that USCIS uses Date for Filing since October is the starting month of each fiscal year. I'm really desperate that USCIS do so, as my visa category is F2A, under 21 years of LPR. My birthday is early August 1996, so I'm over 21 years now, but thanks to Child Status Protection Act, if USCIS uses Date for Filing, I will qualify for the CSPA act. For more information, my I-130 was received by USCIS on 08/29/2016, and approved on 12/01/2016 (95 days taken), so this month (10/2017) will be my last month to benefit the CSPA act. REALLY REALLY NERVOUS AND EXCITING!!!

hi

neither, the visa availability depends on your priority date, uscis has nothing to do with it now, nvc will contact your petitioner when your priority date is close

so check on your approved i130 which is your priority date, it usually is a few days after the form was received by uscis

you don't know if you are covered by cspa, they might change you to F2B since you are over 21 now

immigration is still working with cases filed in 2015, so you still have to wait
