Everytime i had to file something for my wife i always use the copy of the transcript you get once you have filed taxes online. I have never had a problem since the very beginning of filing of K1, AOS, and ROC.

Thank you.. So sending the transcript without the form 1040 is good enough? I appreciate it.

Yes, it is even better than the form 1040. The transcript shows that the form 1040 was submitted and processed already.

Sending the 1040 you have to include any and all w2 and 1099’s. But transcripts show you did in fact file and report income. 1040 can easily be photoshopped. So if your able to send transcript then definitely use those
