I will be filling my petition to remove conditions on my green card. My wife is the US citizen. Now part seven says the petitioner has to acknowledge that part. Part 8 says the spouse has to acknowledge that part and sign. Is my wife the petitioner? Will my wife have to fill both parts 7 and 8? Please help!

You're the petitioner here. She's the spouse :)

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.

Yes, you're the one petitioning for the ROC :) Your spouse is just filing jointly with you and will be signing Part 8. Congratulations on your next big step in US immigration process!!!
