Awaiting NOA2! Will Beneficiary shifting from Dubai to Bangladesh and changing consulate address affect NOA2 proceeding?

It's 9 months today and still no news about my approval letter. My PD is 13 Dec but don't know when NOA2  will come. My bigger concern is my dad retiring plus other family issues due to which my parents will be moving from dubai to Bangladesh by end of December. Because I'm on my dad's visa, I'll have to go with them too.😭😔😔 Agonisingly slow process of nebraska is already too depressing and painful and now im in a big delimma..that is whether to wait till my approval comes and then proceed to change my consulate address from dxb to Dhaka ( Bangladesh) or do it immediately without wasting further time. Has anybody faced similar situation? What did you do? Can someone please kindly suggest me what could be best thing to do right now. Thanks!
