~~Another related question merged. If you continue to start new threads for each question you will put your account in jeopardy.~~

Well how the heck am I supposed to know where to post the questions? I try to look stuff up but it's confusing.
Can you tell me where I am supposed to post I 130 related questions then? Also I guess where to post Questions like the picture question too? I'm so confused, it doesn't take much to confuse me lol and I'm certainly NOT trying to make anyone mad or cause a problem :( So sorry.

As I mentioned previously post all your questions to this one thread. Keeping them all in this thread makes it easier for members to give you the best replies. Every time you start a new thread in a different forum members miss out on valuable information. Missing peaces can lead to getting wrong information. Starting threads in wrong forums will also lead to wrong information.

I know it's all confusing and every singly question does deserve a proper reply and that can help by keeping all your questions to this thread. Members are glad to offer help when they can and when they aren't chasing down all the information.

Your spouse is adjusting status from a tourist/visitor visa so ALL of your questions can stay in this forum. (As a Canadian he is automatically given a B2 visitor visa when he crosses. If he has ever recieved a stamp at entry it likely was as a b1/b2 or just b2.)  Preferably keep all questions about your AOS in this thread.  This forum deals with the I-130, I-485, I-131, and I-765, plus all marriage evidence.   Every question you have with the exception of Canada specific ones (like importing his car) can be answered here.

As for photos, we only sent 6 as well for our I-130 evidence (even though we were doing the CR1 path.)  Because you live together you can add him as the beneficiary of life insurance or to your health care, add him onto your bank acccount and credit card.  Also add him to your car insurance.   There is a lot of evidence that is open to you so don't worry too much about photos together.

Thank you so much for clarifying where I should post. :)
I feel a little better about not having photos of he and I. I'm also usually the one taking all the pics of anyone or anything. I have numerous pics of him with my son's, my grandma and my niece. There is also one picture of me and my son with his family while I was in Canada so I'll send that as well. Do I need to write dates or anything on the back of them?

Since we are sending so many forms in together at the same time, should I separate them with something?

I would make each one like their own package with a binder clip.  Then put all of them together in the envelope when you send it.

Print or photocopy the photos onto an 8.5x11 sheet of paper (regular letter size) and write who is in them, the date and location.

Ok thank you!!!

Last question, hopefully lol. If we didn't need an interpreter, or don't have any info to add on the last pages, do I still send them? Or can I leave them out?

I'm typing up the Cover letter that I'll send in with the I130, do I need to do cover letters for the I130a, I131, I485, I693, Io64 and I765 that I'm enclosing in the same envelope? Or can I put all that info on one?

Ok, so just on the main cover letter list everything including the other forms and what is with them? That may take up more than one page lol

It's okay if it doesnt list every single item, they throw it out anyhow.  It's more of a personal reference of what you put in there to be honest.  So you could make one for each form and then an overall one for everything but i think it's just a bit of a paper and ink waste for you.

We are completely finished assembling everything and every form to mail this coming Friday. We are getting our passport photos taken Tuesday to include with the forms that require them. The total for the forms we are sending in is $2,085.00.....do I write just 1 check for everything or separate checks for each form that has a fee?
