Can someone help me about my concern, my foreign fiance filed the K1 on March 2017, we got approved and recieved the NOA2 on June 16, 2017 and the NVC letter. On August 14, I completed my DS-160. It says that the USEM consulate will contact me when they are ready to process my petition, but until now I didn't recieve yet anything coming from them, but I already done with the medical exam and scheduled my interview. My interview will be on Sept.20, will it be a trouble if I dont have the NOA1 on hand? Although I already have my MNL#?

Please fill out your timeline so we know where you are.  I assume you are talking Philippines?  I do not believe the Embassy will contact you.  You can track the petition online at USCIS.  You seem to be right on track.  You received the NOA1 when you got the email/text/letter that your petition was received.  Many people don't realize that is the NOA1.

Congratulations on such a quick timeline!  We filed in June and dont expect the NOA2 until late December or early January!

If you are processing from the Philppines you do not need an eligibility letter BUT some countries do have that, like UAE where I processed mine. I received my NOA2 23 days after filing but what took me so long to get everything over and done with was waiting for the eligibility letter. Took us almost a month.

you have to be clear with your query tho as to which embassy you are referring to because i know for a fact that an eligibility letter is not required for those who are processing in Manila, PH so your issue is kind of confusing.
