Hello,
            The Ceac Status is:
Case Created: 22/08/2017.
Case Updated: 23/08/2017.
Case Updated: 24/08/2017.
And till today the dates are same and the status showing administrative process.
I am in Merchant Navy and I applied for C1/D Visa at Mumbai Consulate. I went for biometrics on 22/08/2017 and for Consular interview on 23/08/2017 in Mumbai BKC. On 23rd during my interview consular asked for my passport and after that she told me, "you visited Iran" I have mentioned this on DS160 that I have visited Iran. Second question was "have you ever been given shore leave" i said yes then she asked for how many days i said only 1 time for 2 hours. These only two questions she asked me and when asking questions she was turning pages of my passports then she told me to wait, after 5 mins she came and directly gave me 221g blue form and told me to write on a piece of paper entry and exits dates clearly as in passport it was in persian language. I travelled to Iran for 3 contracts first was for 8 months and then 3 months home for rest the second for 10 months then 1 month rest last was for 6 months and now I am changing my company,so, I submitted 221g, written travel dates, passport and CDC on the same day 23/08/2017 at VAC Mumbai. Then after at 28/08/2017 i got email to collect my passport i checked the ceac status it was same administrative process. I picked my passport on 29th in that I again got 221g blue slip and in this was only administrative process was ticked and till now nothings has changed..
Can you help me in my case how much time it will take?
What process is going on till now?
They will Issue me the visa?
I am supposed to join on ship from Miami Port on 24/09/2017.

Administrative processing is done for every visa.  Unfortunately, some cases and some countries require longer periods.  Administrative Processing can last for a few days, several weeks, or even many months.  All you can do is wait.

Will they issue the visa?  No way to know at this time

Will you be able to join your ship on 9/24/17?  Very possibly No.  I would have a plan B ready.

Good Luck.
