Is it too late to file for I751 Removal of Conditions

Folks, my wife's green car expires on Nov. 4th, I know I had asked about the removal of condition process about a month and half ago, but I was in a serious car accident and have just barely made it back home after about a month of recovery. I have all the stuff ready all I need to do is package it up and send it out. Do you guys think its too late? Does it have to be done when the 90 days are left or can I still do it?

Hi, you guys are still on time for the Removal of conditions. It can be done as early as August 6th in your case however anytime before November 4th is fine.

send it in and within 3-7 days you'll get a NOA which will be a one year extension depending how many days you have left send it with express mail so it gets delivered that same day

Agreed,  you have up until November to file the ROC.
