Im the benificiary. So i need to wait another letter from NVC, before i set the interview?

Hindi po, YOU HAVE THE LETTER NA, and that is the letter you need to schedule the medical in Manila, pay the interview fee, and to finally schedule the interview in Manila. You have the letter showing you as the beneficiary and showing the MNL# so get the ball rolling NA.

You WILL NOT receive a letter from them at all so DON'T WORRY ABOUT THAT AT ALL. If you keep worrying about the letter that will never come then you will just be missing out because you can start getting things going na.

Where in Philippines are you from?

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

Can someone help me about my concern, my foreign fiance filed the K1 on March 2017, we got approved and recieved the NOA2 on June 16, 2017 and the NVC letter. On August 14, I completed my DS-160. It says that the USEM consulate will contact me when they are ready to process my petition, but until now I didn't recieve yet anything coming from them, but I already done with the medical exam and scheduled my interview. My interview will be on Sept.20, will it be a trouble if I dont have the NOA1 on hand? Although I already have my MNL#?

Hi To Everyone,

Just want to ask how long its takes before i receive the pocket 1? We already received NVC letter saying i am approved for I-129F.

And in letter it says that the consulate here in Philippines will contact me when they ready to process. But till now i don't receive anything

from Consulate. It's been 1 month when we received the I-129F, Ausgust 09, 2017. Hope someone can give me idea how long it takes

the processing for Pocket.

Thanks and God Bless

No packets from USEM, everything is online.

You might, just might, get a welcome letter .. but PhilPost is more like a recycling bin that a mail service.

Nope,  the letter you got with the MNL # is all you'll get from NVC.     As the beneficiary you will need copies of that for St. Luke's (SLEC) when you complete the medical.

What needs to be complete with the K-1 is listed here:  http://www.visaconnection-philippines.com/k-1-visa-application.html
