Hong Long to Wait For Pocket 1

Hi To Everyone,

Just want to ask how long its takes before i receive the pocket 1? We already received NVC letter saying i am approved for I-129F.

And in letter it says that the consulate here in Philippines will contact me when they ready to process. But till now i don't receive anything

from Consulate. It's been 1 month when we received the I-129F, Ausgust 09, 2017. Hope someone can give me idea how long it takes

the processing for Pocket.

Nine times out of 10 you will NOT receive anything from the USEManila at all. Do you have your MNL#  and the NOA2 yet or are you talking about the NOA1 letter? You are kind of confusing so it's hard to to fully help. Also please fill out your timeline na. There is a Philippines subgroup on here so if you questions the process in the Philippines please ask there and we will help you.

Ok so I read some of your other posts and you said you already got mon# right? So that means you are wasting time na and need to get things rolling. If you have the number then you can schedule your interview and medical already.

Yes i had already my MNL# but what is NOA1 letter? i don't have yet that. Thank you for telling to fill out my timeline, just forget all the times.

Not a problem just letting you know if the timeline is filled out it helps us better help you. Are you the beneficiary of the petitioner of the K1?

 

The NOA1 was the letter the petitioner got saying that they got your case and the case number was xXxX. The NOA2 is the letter saying that they approved the K1 at the NVC and are now sending it to USEM. It will list the MNL# you need to do the medical, pay for the interview, and be able to schedule the interview. All you need na is the letter showing the MNL# and you are good to go. 

 

They always send out that stupid thing about sending it to the beneficiary but never do. Where in Pinas are you from?

What do you mean? Either speak English or Tagalog /Cebuano is fine.

You will not get the dang letter. The first thing you need to learn is don't believe pinoy gossip because most of the time it's false.

What do you mean apply for the k1? You already applied for it and got mnl# right? That means you have to schedule medical, pay the interview fee, and schedule an interview.

Yes im the beneficiary, but my petitioner don't yet apply the K1. Only we have is case number that included from 1-129F. Please see attached files that i have right now. I don't know what the next steps, cause it says here  the consulate will contact me when they ready to process my petition.

Ahhh ok so that's why your confused. The filing for the I-129f is filing for the K1 visa. So you have this letter which is the letter you need to start the ball rolling. I will add a guide for you on my next post.

It is ok and completely understandable. Sorry I couldn't help more earlier I was using my tablet but now I am using my laptop so it's alot better. Below is the link for the Philippines subforum where you can go to ask anything Philippines specific.Also the other link is for when you have that paper above and the steps afterword to get the interview. Are you the petitioner or the beneficiary?

Im the benificiary. So i need to wait another letter from NVC, before i set the interview?
