if u see my signature, u would know...is it normal to ask for a RFE after so many days??

NOA1 date belongs to 1st week of jan, and RFE raised 04/19?

ok, any ideas bout these kinds of RFEs ?

any help/Discussion would realy help me a lot

There is simply no way to know. Maybe you forgot to sign something. Maybe they need more evidence. Perhaps it took them this long to get to your file. Wait and see.

there was again a touch/date changed from 04/19 (email from them that RFE has been sent) to 04/20

today morn too, it was showing 04/19 and just now it showed up as 04/20

any ideas?? :help:

It just means they were looking at your file today too. There is no way to determine what the RFE is for. Try looking through you I-130 packet so see if you can find something that is not right, but most likely you will need to wait for the letter in the mail. Also if you don't mind please let us know what the RFE is for. Sorry about the RFE but hopefully it will be something simple.

07/23/07 - IV (DS-230) Fee Bill was generated

08/11/07 - Recv'd IV Fee Bill via snail mail

08/15/07 - Recv'd AOS Packet in the mail
