Hi everyone,

I married my husband a few weeks ago, super spontaneous, on my visitor visa in the USA. We now started the visa process for me to stay here and hired an attorney.

She has already all documents she needs but the I-94. I checked on the official website but couldn't find it there.

Now she wants to charge me even more to organize it for me.

Where else then on that website can I get that document?

Thank you all for some advice.

Michelle

You went to this website: https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/?

If you cannot retrieve it from that website, you'll need to call the CBP deferred inspection site https://www.cbp.gov/document/guidance/deferred-inspection-sites and ask an officer to locate it on the system. Chances are your personal info was keyed in wrongly. Usually it's the name. Could be something else too though.

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.

Not a problem. Good luck! Contact the deferred inspection site closes to you/in your state. Generally, you can get your I-94 corrected over the phone but some officers will ask you to drive all the way to their office, which is usually at the airport. But either way, get the I-94 corrected so that you can be found on the system by any government agencies that are trying to verify your status. And I think in some cases, potential employers too.
