Need Help. Waiver for 2nd K1 petiton after 1st K1 denied

Hi Everyone,

 

I am in need of urgent help from you guys here on VJ. We applied for K1 petition last year which was approved but in the interview they put me in AP and got denied after couples months being under AP on base of not bona fide relationship. We are ready to file again. Can anyone help me with the waiver. What do we need to write in the waiver and the steps in order to file the 2nd K1.

 

Note: Applying for same fiance for K1 visa after first k1 was denied.

What additional proof of inside relationship do you have? Have you spent a lot more time together? Filing another petition without fixing the problem will probably not be successful.

Usually the recommendation is to get married and file a CR-1 if a K-1 is denied. Any reason you didn't marry? 

 

As as already mentioned, you need to fix the cause of denial before a new application will be successful.

As soon we found out that they have a suspicion of fake relationship. we wanted to spend more time together. So we went to for a trip to dubai for almost 3 weeks along with my fiancee and her sister was with us as well. So they can see the family is aware and involved as well.

 

My question is now what will be mentioned in waiver for refilling the K1 with 2 years of 1st approval of k1.

I met my fiancé in Dubai I had interview on 15 May but the co keep my passport with my documents and say it will send to NVC he give me no paper like 221 g refusal r approved my status show admin process
