Affidavit of Support question

I didn't make above the poverty limit last year. ( I was in the Philippines for a while) This year I will make above it, it says if your income for you and your household from part 6, items number 19a -19c (that's where you list your prior tax years and yearly income) you don't have to complete the section.

 

I was below it the last year, but this year I am above it and have a job letter stating my wages, do I skip this section or do I fill it out anyway?

Nevermind I figured it out! The instructions say I'm ok without it, they need to clarify that on the actual form as it is somewhat contradictory.
