No you do not, the I 601A waiver  "cancels" you unlawful presence ineligibility for immigrant visa. It does not give anyone lawful status or authorization to work.

That's for the I 601A. The regular I 601 - one you have to do after denied at the interview - takes much longer than the I601A.

There must be. Try doing a search. I saw you posted in one forum. I601 get processed at the Nebraska center, and that is the slowest. Sorry, wish I had better news.

Hi does anyone now how the iv application works my lawyer hasnt sent it in she said that nvc has to ask for it ?  We already had out waiver approved in november
