My wife got an Email informing her. Also I recieved a letter about 3 days after NOA2 date.

That is not a big deal, once your case arrives atbyhe NvC you can have them change the name so just make sure you call them to have them change it.  Last they will change your statu to name had change.

 

 

 

make sure you do that befor your case go tonthe Embssy so everything can be smooth.

Sept 18, still waiting.......will be visiting my wife in less than 2 weeks. I think they are waiting until I can't get my mail to send the approval.

I had the same PD date I called and talked to tier 2. After that they approved me 2 hours later. I would recommend to call uscis.

What did you say to the tier 2? The one I talked to was rude and didn't help.

We're still waiting - I'm trying to track down a decent forum that says what the average is for most. Some are saying the full 8 wks and I'm really hoping that's not the case!

We are 59 days since NOA2 was sent to DOS. We called a couple weeks ago and they said to wait and call back after 8 weeks if nothing is received before then... 

AOS approved 7/20/07!!!
