My pd i130 us citizen is September 29 17 

ar Potomac office I called them today and they told me now they doing june 13 

😡😡😡😡😡

So anyone is approved yet  from Potomac office  ? With     i130  is citizen?

IN SHA ALLAH I get mine soon but honestly I'm losing all hope now. The case has been active for 235 days. I called them and tried to speak to the supervisor but they wanted to call back. They cant call me back as I'm in UAE here. :(

I need some help. plz tell me what mistake my petioner did .it says Benificiary is in the United States. but I am not in the United States I am outside United States. plus I got approved too.what to do next

I got approved a while back. PD was 5ht of September and my husband is citizen.

Hmmm...that looks exactly like mine except for dates and names. Where do you see the mistake? If your petitioner’s name is in “Petitioner” box and your name is in “Beneficiary” box should be ok.

Did you keep a copy I-130 form before sending to uscis. If you have one, go back and check every single thing on there to see if there's anything else that need attention immediately. 

 

Have you ever been to the United States? 

 

It looks like you might have made some mistake in part 4 under beneficiary's entry information.
