Ok so you sent them a message in the new uscis account? I was wondering if I could do that and what the response would be.

Hy Guys 

So uscis app notified me about case change i check case on old uscis website.

It says today 18 apriL 2018 RFE was mailed!

P. D 10 Oct 2017 Texas service center.

I was already expecting rfe for spouse pics,as my lawyer didnt add them.

So hopefully this mess will end in 2 ,3 weeks.

No update on new uscis website account.

Hey! You dont need to worry abut anything its just an automatic notification that they send out every 2 weeks I think. Even I have received this kind of notifications before. You are just receiving this coz you probably signed up for email or text notifications. However I wanna point out that they mentioned they took some action on your case on April 4th so you might wanna login and check in your case history to see what kind of action they took coz you never know it might be your NOA2 approval! Good luck!

How do I go about calling in to Potomac to ask about my case? When I called the number online I just got a robot and it read off the same frustrating message it has online ("we received your case sept 18, blah blah blah). I've been patiently waiting for 7 months now while watching Octobers getting approved. It can't hurt to nudge them, right?

My PD was the 8th of September and i got approved yesterday! I called but every time I called it put that I don't have my receipt # the transfer you to customer service and ask them to transfer you to tier 2 I did that and boom next thing I know I get a text today that said my case was approved yesterday!!

Go to my account then click to setting there you can apply to have a notification through your personal email or through your phone. https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/

Congrats I have the same PD as you TSC as well. Did you get an email notice?
