Just got email about change of case status on my account uscis new website.

Opened account and case was approved.

USC sponsering son under 21 (IR 2)

IR 1 for spouse still pending (p.d 10 oct)applied on same day!

 

Hope second approval is also coming soon for spouse😄

Hi everyone!

I called the NVC and they received my case on April 5. They said that it should take 6-8 weeks to get a case number. 

 

NOA1- September 21, 2017

NOA2- March 20, 2018        (Checked on https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/ by making an account)

Sent to the NVC: March 29, 2018    (Also checked online)

NVC Received: April 5. 2018        (by calling NVC)

Updates:

• I got an email letting me know our case was sent to NVC on March 29
• I called NVC this morning (+1 603 334 0700) and they told me they received our case on April 5 and that I would get a case number in 8 weeks (but I plan to call once a week to check)

Hello everyone,

I just called the NVC and they said they received my case April 9th. And they said it could take up to 8 weeks to receive the case number.

NOA1: September 27, 2017

NOA2: March 16, 2018

The case was sent to Department of State: April 2, 2018

NVC received: April 9th, 2018

 

Hopefully, I got the case number very soon . Good luck to everyone

Yes we are 09/29. Although we just got a letter in the mail today dated 03/30/18 and because my husband is out of state on a short trip we won't know the outcome of that letter until Friday. Although I'm slightly worried it's an RFE since online STILL hasn't updated 😭

Bro Mail is on its way.  I just checked my case stauts on USCIS site and it was changed to approved.
