I think when they were carrying in the stack of petitions they dropped them on the floor. This is why people with PD's later are getting approved before the one's submitted earlier in the month. When they picked them up, they just grabbed them in no order. My other theory is one of the inspector's are spending too much time on their Facebook.... Sorry trying to keep everyone smiling, I also am waiting for my approval.

Yes! This explains a lot lol

Kinda weird that I received 2 hard copies of my NOA2( mailed in separate envelopes but contents are the same ) of my I-130 that was approved on 3/30 in the mail today. Looks like they mistakenly sent 2 approval notices, typed and mailed of the same case at the same time. Just thought of sharing. I don't know if anyone received one like that

PD 8th of September 2017....Potomac what are you doing!!? 😭😔

It does really sucks I mean we want to live with our loves one but it seems they are preoccupied with other things. Seriously, it is frustrating for us that has been waiting for a long time to not get a single answer. Those of us waiting for a response, we need to call them and stress them out.:wacko:

Hi guys,

Any idea how long will it take to get a case number after you've been approved?

Looking at other people’s time lines it looks like they got NVC notice in a month then another month for embassy notice to apply for visa and appointment.

Got an email from that new link [ https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/ ] this morning saying my case had been updated, case was approved! PD Sept. 5th TSC.

The old website still says case received and I havent received any other notifications and or mail so this makes me a little wary but this is a step in the right direction, I hope everything else updates soon!
