I received the alert too. I was planning to call....but I feel like I am gonna get the same answer that is online.

Just an FYI, the app everyone is getting alerted on is not an Uscis official app. Its just a third party app created to provide estimates of when your case will be approved so its not the most reliable. I would recommend relying on the official Uscis website and just use the app as a reference of estimate.
