Hi,

I applied in the 90s for the green card form I130, I got approved in the 1998, but I didnt know because I was out of US.

I was checking my papers and my son found the documents,

I checked with USCIS and they told me that my priority day passed in 1994.

So my question is if there is any chance to continue the process and get my green card?

A customer  care in the USCIS told me to check with the embassy and they may accept, or not.

So whats the chance of getting the green card? and I applied for my son and wife as well in same application, So how can I know details of my application?

Thanks

You to get a hold of your brother to find out what happened with the case. It is his petition and he should have been given information about the status of it.
