ds-260 checklist

Hi, The payment status shows paid now it shows fill ds-260  in email it says 1.DOCUMENT COVER SHEET 2. PHOTOCOPIES OF SUPPORTING DOCUMENT , BIRTH CERTIFICATE WITH TRANSLATION and Marriage certificate  do I have to send my birth certificate or my parnets or both .I am just worry my Dad don't have a birth certificate but my Mom does.

Are you applying for your Parents? you will need your parents birth certificate with translation, your birth certificate with translation showing your parents name on it, Your Parents marriage certificate with translation, Parents police clearance certificate with translation and Biographic page of your parents unexpired passport (at least 6 months).

Thank for ur help . My dad don't have a birth certificate what else I can send for my dad .
