Hello everyone!

This may be a question that has been answered before, but I attempted to locate it with no luck.

I know that with a Canadian Visa, you're allotted 6 months of travel time per year. ( Correct me if im wrong ).

How can I go about finding out how much travel time I have left on my visa. Im not sure when the six months renew, so I may have 6 months, or 3 months left, but Im trying to figure out for future trips. Anyone have the appropriate source to figuring this information out?

Thanks in advance.

POE determine length of stay for each entry. The norm for Canadians is max 6 months.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

if he didnt stamp your passport, then it is 6 months from the time you entered!!!

you can also go online and check on the government website.  google check usa entry data! it will say when you enter and then add 6 months from that date:) obviously, you can not stay until the 6 months, leave for a week, and then go back! many canadians make this mistake in thinking that by leaving it will

reset' the visa!  so be aware: if you stay for 6 months you should be back in canada for 6 months+ and also having a job to show to go back to is a requirement!
