Hi, anyone can help me. During my medical. Me and my fiancée is no longer in relationship due of differences and he cannot wait for me due of medical issue. I don't know what to do. I wanted to continue my medical because I don't want this to be the cause of refusal incase I will apply for another visa in the future. We didn't communicate anymore but I still on the process of medical. Please can someone give me advice what will I do.my medical was delayed due of sputum test. Now I am waiting for result. Either positive or negative I want to finish my medical. Just to be professional to the embassy. And to be clear to my case.

please thank you

Your US petitioner needs to withdraw the approved I-129F by contacting USCIS.

As the foreign beneficiary, you contact the embassy to let them know that you won't proceed with the visa application. You're not obligated to complete the medical because they have no use for your medical without a visa application.

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.

The purpose of your medical is only for the visa. If no visa is in place you do not need to do the medical. It's not going to be used for another visa, ever.

Yes I understand I will cancel. I mean to say if someone file a petition for me again in the future. Do you think this will be the reason to denied my visa? If I filed again?

thamks

No.  IF you are beneficiary again a new medical will be completed.

True. But the purpose is also to check for illnesses and if OP tests positive for TB she has to do the treatment.

She has already started the medical and was just flagged for another test due to her x-ray result. She already paid for it. She should proceed with the tests.

No problem. I did my sputum test back in June and I completed my medical last August 24. I had my interview September 1, received my visa September 8. I fly end of this month.

if Is turn positive Shall I continue in st. Lukes but we didn't communicate at all. Relationship was ended.it makes me worry if is positive that I need to be treated.

If positive, do your treatment with SLEC. DOT is included in the fee you paid. The medical is for you. Your ex fiance has no say to it. It is no longer about the visa. It is about your health.
