hello friends its about my I-765. I just submitted inquiry because it was pending for more than 75days.  I'm hoping I will hear a good news soon. 🤔🤔🤔 it says thank you for your request USCIS will review and process the request wait response by October 3, 2017. Anyone out there had something like this and the response was good? I'm just worried my approval will take longer because I had Request for initial evidence for my I-485 which I Already submitted and they have received. 🤞🤞

You just have to wait.  90 days is normal processing time and current processing trends show it is taking even longer than that to process EAD/AP.

We filed a service request when ours went passed the 90 days.  I don''t think it really helped that much.

Not much as I can remember.  They get them constantly, as I can see by the posts here.  I would assume you will receive a message update that you are still within normal processing times on the case status tracker.

How long does it take for me to get my EAD card.. I got the approval notice in August 1, 2017 and I am still waiting for the card.... Does anybody know if this waiting time is normal... if, how long do I have to wait. Thanks for the help

generally It does not take very long after the approval. You may want to call USCIS and talk to T2 officer see why your card is still not send.

We got our card within 10 days.  It's the approval that can take long not receiving the actual card.

45 days is not a normal wait time.  You should contact USCIS and find out when the card was sent.  It sounds as if has been lost in the mail.  Have you checked the USCIS case status online?  That will tell you when the card was sent also.

Most likely they'll send you a notice in the mail saying its with in processing times because 1. it takes 90 days to be approved 2. depending on what office your package is at you have to see whats dates the office is currently processing. they say once you get a RFE you process usually goes on hold so say you get an RFE at you 30 day mark they stop counting there and once it should your evidence is received then they start counting again
