There's free speech and there's harrassment. They're threatening to picket the funerals of VT victims with their ridiculous message. If ever we needed the Old Testament God to smite people, this is the time.

They need to be kept out of sight and out of earshot of the victims' families, but it's their right to assemble and protest peacefully. I think they're outrageous and disgusting too, but if we use the law to shut them up who is to say who is next?

No, I agree. I'm not saying they should be banned or anything, I'm just suggesting if you want to swap a life for a life, these guys don't deserve oxygen. Paris Hilton is just a ditzy rich girl, blame the press for making her what she is.
