HI all, my questions are in bold and underlined :) I have NO income, other than what my spouse was sending me monthly while he was still living in Canada (he is now in the US & we are filing from here)...so now that he is here, he's obviously not sending me money. My sister and her husband are sponsoring him. They both are employed, even though her husband meets the guidelines monetary wise, should my sister also fill out an I-864 (her income is less than her husbands) as well?

While my husband sent money when he was in Canada (he paid all the bills through his bank and sent $500/month for living expenses, I know that doesn't sound like a lot but it was more than enough), I've been on Medicaid as well as Food Stamps during those times....will that affect anything Immigration wise? I sure hope not :(

Also, he went for his medical exam today & since he doesn't have a immunization record, he has to be immunized (which he is doing this week)...the exam was $250 and the immunizations will be around $275, should I include copies of the receipts?

♥ Received RFE for I-485 on December 9th 2017

♥ EAD combo card received on February 9th 2018

♥ AOS interview on February 15th 2018
♥ Residence card is being processed on February 22nd 2018
