The VWP is for 90 days or nothing. The fact that you were admitted for up to 90 days on your previous visits means nothing. You even get a 90-day stamp if you are in transit for a few hours (happened to me in transit through Miami between London and Costa Rica and in LA in transit between London and Tahiti). All VEP entries get a 90-day stamp unless they are coming from somewhere in North America. I visited my husband over 40 times before I moved here. I was here every 6 to 8 weeks for about 4.5 years. On one visit I came through Canada so I was not given a new 90-day stamp as I still had a stamp in my passport with 40-odd days e left on it. Incidentally, with all my visits the only time I had an issue was at Las Vegas airport. We can't guarantee you won't have a proble, but based on experience and the information you have given it's very unlikely.

Do try and be a bit more organized! I've flown over 500 times (I work for an airline) and never missed a flight. If you keep missing them like this it's only a matter of time until you find yourself over the 90-day limit.

I was was once asked for details of my employer. They asked my line manager's name and direct telephone number. I gave this but as it would have been 2am in the U.K. at the time, even if they did call there would have been no reply. I did point out that were many of my colleagues right there at the airport who could verify that I work for said airline by looking me up in the staff directory. I even had my airline ID with me.

Thanks for the comment, you've provided some insight into the situation! I feel much better now, knowing you had no problems returning every 6 to 8 weeks.

Haha, ik. Flying is new to me, and on my first visit especially, I found it rather confusing navigating through airports etc by myself. The first instance was out of my control; the flight was cancelled whilst I was on the plane, on the runway. The second time sure, I left a bit late, but I had to wait for my boyfriends mom to open the door to the house, so I could drop him off and leave for the airport. I had planned on being there 3 hours early. We waited outside his house for over 2 hours. So again, out of my control. The third time was quite unique, with my boyfriend getting in trouble with the police by hitting me (Arizona takes domestic violence very, very seriously), so I had to extend my stay for a handful of days to ensure he was okay.

I usually fly in to Philly first, then Phoenix. However on my more recent trip I noticed it's half the cost to Las Vegas, then just drive to Buckeye, Arizona (I love driving so this doesn't bother me). However as you had trouble at Las Vegas, I'll endeavour to land at Philly first, as CBP officers there are very nice to me.

I see. I'll endeavour to obtain the phone number for my line manager. I'm assuming you weren't instructed to wait around for the CBP officer to make the call, right? Especially being 2am xD

Erm, do you not take it seriously?

And you are still with him? Wow.

Well I won't go into specifics; I mean I'm more than happy to talk about it but not on this thread as it's too far off topic. Basically he gets angry at the slightest things, constantly arguing with me over nothing, and 1 day recently on my third day visiting, he lashed out kicking, screaming, scratching, punching etc. He's really thin and weak, so I just picked him up and pinned him down on the ground; called for his parents to help as he was flailing around like a Magikarp. They came in, he threatened to kill all of us, I left the room. I kept walking away as he approached to say he's sorry. His parents called the cops and forced me to press charges. Next day I wanted to drop charges, as in my mind, the situation blew way out of control and I didn't even have a scratch. The State wouldn't listen. So off to jail he went. His parents used me as a scapegoat, to finally get rid of him, after years at each others throats.

Here in UK, I was brought up around violence. Punched almost daily right up to the age of 16. By my father until I was 8, then my step dad til I was 16, til I finally fought back (I'm a hey buddy! high fiving kinda guy, so it took a while to snap). So when I seen my boyfriend go to jail over something so trivial, knowing what REAL domestic abuse is like, I couldn't believe it. He was just flailing around the place; okay he got a few punches in but they didn't exactly hurt.

I've dealt with much worse from him, including constant cheating on Twitter DMs, in fact, right now as we speak! Whilst denying it on Skype. *Sigh* oh well..
