I cannot book my k1 visa interview/appointment

I have been to my medical appointment today and still cannot book my visa interview. I have completed my ds160 and my notification of readiness

When going to the website below - 

https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-gb/iv  it tells me my case number is not ready for processing and to email weeac_contactus@visaops.net   

 

I have emailed them and they have said they have escalated it to the appropriate department and will notify when they have found a solution. 

 

Am I missing something? Or have I done something wrong. What do i need to do next? Or is there somewhere I can call to get information on my case?
