Hi all I had my interview on March 6, 2019 @ nyc brooklyn.  I received a pass notice from IO AND HE TOLD ME IN 2 weeks I should receive the oath letter.  My account still shows interview scheduled.  Since NY does not do info pass, is there anyway to contact the office to see what the hold up is.  I really want to travel this summer with my family and was hoping to have this done by now...any suggestions?

Phone USCIS and request to be transferred to a L2 immigration officer (who can see the actual details of your case).  He/she may be able to give you further info on whether a letter was sent out (and you didn't receive it in the mail) or whether you are in-line for your oath to be scheduled.

 

Do not speak to just the regular customer service agents who answer the phone, they won't be able to tell you any specifics---get transferred to a L2.

Does it say We scheduled your oath ceremony? it will show up after 24 hours after you got the update

In the website yes and it does 'note' that it may take a few days for the document to appear. I'm just worried my attention needed might be for a missing document, which wasn't brought up in the Interview. I guess I'll have to wait until tomorrow or the old fashioned snail mail.

It will be fine, try to check again this afternoon or tonight, in my case, it shows up on my document tab after 24  hours.
