@Ahd77 @dnp2014 I had the same issue before. I would call customer service and ask to speak to a Level 2 Officer. When you speak to the officer, they are able to book you InfoPass appointments and they have access to the entire calendar, which is usually pretty open since they don't allow anyone to reserve one online. Hope this helps.

have you tried this method or do you know anybody that has tried? The USCIS website says if you need help with document services (such as passport stamps and advance parole) or have an emergency, call the USCIS Contact Center at 800-375-5283. 

 

I wondering if they indeed schedule infopasses for customers

Yes, I did it myself on the phone. You should be asking to speak to L2 officer anyways, they're the only ones that will be able to help you.

Awesome..I''ll contact them to schedule an infopass for me. All the infopasses ive been have been a waste of time. they tell me the same thing "pending adjudication". I just hope i'll meet someone nice to actually go look into my case

mine shows the same - very unlikely. someone on a fb group, with an interview date on Feb 13 got scheduled for March 8. I  believe we'll hear next week and will be scheduled for Mar 15 or 22.

Just an update..

 

We contacted customer service yesterday and spoke to a nice lady .. we mentioned about the call regarding 2/26 appointment.. so far no document received related to the change of date.. she advised us to go to the office for the interview on 2/26 and did put a request for urgent infopass... few hours later some one called back and told us since they gave you a date through the phone   the change probably done internally.. so they are not able to see from the central system.. so just make it for the appointment.. the person also told there were few other calls received with same concern. 

 

Anyway we went to the office today.. security did not ask anything.. 8th floor security told us go to window 59 .. and they never asked any question regarding the date on the letter.. anyway she had the interview.. passed the test.. but  she was claiming for citizenship after 3 yrs (marriage) and the officer gave her a no decision at this time letter.. we will have to wait for the decision in the mail.. 

 

anyway the interview part is over

Still waiting here, i called customer service today again and got the same answer, not scheduled yet, the rep said theres nothing to worry about and no need for infopass because the case is still in normal processing time,,

My estimated case completion was april 2019, now it says that we are taking longer than expected

Did you have a hard time getting customer service to schedule your infopass? Also, did they schedule it for the same day?

Hello Guys, need some help here. I'm a June 2018 Brooklyn filer and today the countdown timer disappeared and this message popped up, 

Estimated wait time:

We are taking longer than expected to process your case. You do not need to do anything at this time.

 

And the estimated Completion date also disappeared. Should I be worried and did this happen to any of you guys? I'm nervous...

And according to the original timer, The case completion date was May

I got the same message. so all of us with pending application for N-400 were affected. I guess because of their website update.
