Fprints:  Date assigned for fingerprinting (Bio-metrics). If you do your biometrics via walk-in prior to your scheduled appointment, please enter the date in bold blue.

Int Ltr: Date you received the official letter in the mail regarding interview.
Interview: Date of your interview.
Oath: Date Oath taken.

Hi @pollel and welcome here!

 

I filed my application online mid-January. For the first few months, my estimated completion time fluctuated around September/October 2018 (it was even August at one point!) and then settled at November 2018 through interview date.

After my interview (mid-November) est completion changed to March 2019 (which freaked me out!) and it is showing still as of today, even though my Oath is next week on Friday :)

Congratulations on your upcoming oath! Hopefully I'm close to the end too even though I still haven't heard a word about the interview. My case has been showing December 2018 as estimated completion since the very beginning and never changed. I hope that's a good sign ...

Hey guys - long time lurker posting for the first time here.

 

my wife and I are both n400 applicants, with march pds (2 weeks apart) hers is march 15 and mine is 29th. No interviews yet and estimated completion date shows Jan 2019 for both of us, clearly impossible at this point.

Similar feelings, I'm a July filer (details in the July thread tracker), showing completion March 2019 online but from what I am seeing on this thread, NYC kind of feels like a 12 month process right now...

Got my letter for the Oath Ceremony.  I have updated my timelines. So I applied for Citizenship online based on a 3 year marriage on May 28th 2018. I got an interview in early November 2018 and a Oath Ceremony this week. December 7th. 

 

6.4 months. The estimated time was 9 months in my account with USCIS

No need to stress out, it's actually quite easy. Just study and bring all the documents you can in case they need more information. They only asked for my green card, passport, and Id but you never know!

Amazing, Congratulations! 😊 I applied through mail back in October 2017 and had my appointment last week. When was your appointment? Just trying to see how long does it take to get the oath ceremony letter. I'm kinda scared I'll get mine closed to the Holiday's as I'm not going to be in NY.

The Notice of Naturalization Oath Ceremony form says that we have to bring, aside from the completed form, and the Green Card, "any other documents USCIS issued to you." Can anyone explain what if anything "any other documents issued to you" means? We feel paranoid after not bringing the 2017 taxes to the interview and don't want to have any silly last minute problems! I am assuming it's just the form and the green card that we need?

The Notice of Naturalization Oath Ceremony form says that we have to bring, aside from the completed form, and the Green Card, "any other documents USCIS issued to you." Can anyone explain what if anything "any other documents issued to you" means? We feel paranoid after not bringing the 2017 taxes to the interview and don't want to have any silly last minute problems! I am assuming it's just the form and the green card that we need?

This means, you have to bring all other cards that were issued to you, such as EAD, your 2 years conditional green card (given if it's still with you and did not acquire for I-551 stamp).

You need to return all of them on your Oath Ceremony. In the event you dont have them anymore then you have to explain with them why you don't have it anymore.
