I've received my interview date at the end of March for the beginning of May (filed in the middle of December). So you should be getting your interview date soon! I'm starting to learn the questions now.

That’s great!

Can I ask, what your processing time was online right before you got your interview date?

Filed late Jan 2023

Bio mid Feb

After bio, it gave a timeline of 8 months. A month in, it changed to 7 months but the 2 month mark just came and went and it’s still saying 7 months.

Just wondering if your timeline was changing and what it was, right before you got the interview. Hope I’m making sense.

I filed my N-400 application online on 1/7/23

Bio reuse notification same day.

Interview Scheduled: 3/7/23 (Manhattan)

Interview Date: 4/19/23

N-400 approved but waiting to approve my ROC separately before they can schedule the oath ceremony

Congrats! I filed in late January and did biometrics mid-Feb and still waiting.

Did you file based on the 3-year or 5-year rule? Does anyone know if that makes any difference? Thanks!

When I filed the N-400 application (mid Dec), the processing time said 9 months. Then it changed a couple of times (each time one month less). Then I stopped checking the website for a month, and then I got a notification about an interview date (end of March). I think the last time it showed 6 months. Tbh, I don't think you need to pay attention to the processing time as I believe they say certain amount of months just to be safe if they get slammed with work and running late.

That’s amazing! 🎉 Great to see things moving along in NYC. Which borough are you in?

Congrats! Which borough?

I applied from Queens in December and haven’t heard anything yet.

That’s amazing, congrats again! Do you mind sharing approximately how many weeks after the interview the ceremony takes place in NYC?
