So I been waiting for my oat notice to appear under documents tab then today I got this notice I’m so worried I miss my oat and I did not receive any oat notice .. now they are saying I miss my oat ceremony

I doubt you missed it! Your account said oath notice mailed on Nov 3rd, right? They would definitely give you at least a couple of weeks notice before ceremony. You should definitely file e-request for missing notice here: https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/displayNDNForm.do

and call them!

Is there a number that I can call to speak with the interview officer of someone about this ? Because I did not receive an oat notice but now the case status is saying I miss my interview?

I got a notice today that says I missed my oat ceremony.

So I called USCIS just now my oat was on nov 20 I did not receive a notice up untill now . They were of no help she told me I have to wAit up untill dec 20 to receive the letter with instructions to reschedule. I need advice as to what I can do . At this point because my online tab ain’t updated and I’m not getting the mails from them

Hi did you receive the notice document in your online account? My online said the oath ceremony notice was mailed today but it doesn't have the notice online.
