I am also waiting for the N400 interview. The case completion time (which was August 2020) has also disappeared now. Guess just need to keep checking everyday!

(I had filed end of August 2019)

01/2016: Petition filed for my visa
02/2016: USCIS confirmed receiving our file/petition on 1st Feb.
04/2016: I-130 Approval email received from DHS towards early May, our case was approved end of April. 
03/2017: Paid AoS and IV Bill
03/2017: Sent AoS and IV Packages via mail.
04/2017: 5th day of April, NVC received package. Can take up to 11 weeks for CC according to nvc.

06/2017: 6th day of June, Case Completed - confirmed via phone

07/2017: Interviewed end of July 2017.

>> Passport with Visa received the next day of interview 

8/2017: POE via JFK


05/2020: N400 Filed

06/2021: Biometrics taken

02/2022: Interview Scheduled (Yes, after 22 months -.- )

Not yet. So far, I haven't heard anyone from NYC receiving any interviews since the pandemic started. All other states are moving along except NYC. I'm hoping someone will update us when they receive an interview based from NYC.

phew!! Finally had my N400 interview today. Glad to say I passed! it was a long wait from my initial interview in 2018 (i-175 was still pending so they had to reschedule - no combo interview i was told in 2018) Submitted my application sept 2019.

 

interview time 10:15am.

Manhattan, NY branch. - not a lot people in the room

 

Questions: - Can only remember 4 was too nervous.

1) Name of national anthem?

2) who does the senator represent?

3) name three of the original colonies

4) what did Susan b Anthony do?

 

Ready : Who is George Washington?

Write : Washington was the first president

 

NXT STOP OATH CEREMONY

Congratulations, did you get the appointment notice in the mail? Nyc isn’t really moving I got de-scheduled due to COVID and nothing yet

Sorry I'm confused, are you saying you had an initial N-400 interview in 2018, but they wouldn't approve because of a pending I-751, and then you re-applied in Sept 2019?

 

Also, congratulations! Has your online status changed to 'Waiting for oath to be scheduled' now?

Ah okay, that makes more sense. Thank you for clarifying.

 

That is a crazy long time to wait though! Did you do anything why you were waiting to try to get them to do something? (eg: congressional assistance etc) and what do you think it was that finally got them to do something?
