Yes, don't worry, it happened to most people today. So it's not particular to your case/situation.

My completion date disappeared today I filed 09/30 /2020

It's been uncharacteristically quiet here, does anyone have new updates?

Long time reader, first time poster. I applied on Sept 13th, 2019 for the Brooklyn office (based on 5 year GC) - got my interview letter last week, interview scheduled for April 13th. Initially the estimated completion date was listed for Sept 2020. Looks like things are moving!

Things had started moving....

And then a pandemic arrived....so it's unclear how everything will be with interviews and oath ceremonies over the coming weeks/months...

MY TIMELINE (Manhattan resident)

  • April 2019: applied
  • February 2020: interview (10 months)
  • March 2020: oath & naturalization! (11 months)

This basically matched the estimated case completion which used to appear in my account.

What a journey...glad it's over!

I still not received the interview yet!

7-8 months (approx) to get an interview for Queens filers (from what I've seen on this forum) so maybe April/May?

Thanks so much for your reply. Brooklyn is getting much faster than the queens already, most of  the September filers has already get the interview.

Frustrating. What about calling?

FYI, my wife received an online update today and is in line for an oath ceremony (her interview was Feb. 20 in the Brooklyn Field Office at 26 Federal Plaza). She initially received a "Decision cannot be made" letter. She did not receive an RFE or anything, just the oath ceremony update today. I assume that there will be delays because of the Coronavirus, but we can live with that knowing that the application is approved!

If any of you had your oath ceremony cancelled, like mine (mine was on the 27th), have you received any notice on the website itself? I saw a descheduling notice on the documents tab, but I'm trying to figure out if I should see any status changes on the uscis.gov or dhs login websites - they currently both say that my oath has been scheduled. Thanks!
