Hi everyone, I have an issue with questions 40-41 in Part 2 asking to be filled out by lawful permanent residents. Do naturalized US citizens need to fill it out as well? Specifically, I am a US citizen and gained lawful permanent resident status through marriage. Thus, I am not sure if I should check off answer "yes" to question 41 or not answer questions 40-41. Thank you for you help!

Hi, I'm a naturalized citizen. I filled it out as follows:

40.a. Class of Admission

blank

40.b. Date of Admission

blank

40.c. City or Town

blank

40.d State

blank

41. Did you gain lawful permanent resident status through marriage to a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident?

Yes

Since they already know that I'm a USC by naturalization (question 37) I answered yes however I left question 40 blank because I'm no longer a LPR. Now that I think about it, I should have left 41 blank as well.
